Corinthian Hall Lecture

The Corinthian Hall Lecture is an annual presentation exploring themes of community and diversity in Kansas City history.  The 2011 Lecture particularly addresses minority heritage and a Museum’s mission, capacity and duty in this arena. Nuestra Herencia Americana (Our American Heritage) will feature Kansas City scholars who have been active in researching and publishing Kansas City’s Hispanic heritage. This is followed by a discussion with two fellow historians about the social and political dynamics that shape how majority and minority communities coexist and thrive, independently and collaboratively.
